If you would like to get the answer to this far from rhetorical and comprehensive question you have such an opportunity. You may become the delegate of the International Youth Program within the XXIX International Union of Game Biologists IUGB Congress -2009, which will take place on August 17-22, 2009 in Moscow. If you are creative and active person aged from 17 to 27 and ready to share your innovational and progressive ideas in respect of conservation among the scientists and experts, public men and authorities representatives, colleagues and coevals from all over the world you should definitely take part in our Youth Program.

Young experts, students and scientists will get a unique opportunity within the frames of Youth Program to take part in all events of the XXIX International Union of Game Biologists IUGB Congress -2009. 

The main goal of the Youth Program is to stimulate young people to prove their position in problems concerning environmental protection and conservation. 

The main event of the program is the International Youth Forum «Rational Nature Management: Who Else But Me? ». It’s a special area where the young will have the opportunity to express themselves comprehensively and the companies and scientific centers representatives will be able to select the great talents to form the staff reserve. As for the statesmen they will manage to mould the ideas to realize them in programs of international youth scientific activity. Youth Forum is carried out by the Organizing committee of the IUGB-2009 congress. Registration form should be sent to the e-mail: registration@iugb-moscow2009.ru.

The young delegates will get an opportunity to take part in the special contest among the scientific reports and become the prize winners “Youth choice”. The authors of the best works will get money prizes 25000 rub., 20000 rub. and 15000 rub. correspondingly for the first, second and third places. The participants will be awarded after the selection by the expert council headed by the leader of the congress youth section, the head of the geographic faculty conservation department of the MSU mr. Kapitsa. The scientific committee of the congress is entitled to give a special prize 5000 rub. for the most relevant theme. The deadline to submit the reports is 15.06.2009 to the e-mail report@iugb-moscow2009.ru with a note “Youth choice”. The requirements are pointed out in the congress reports and publications precept at the web-site iugb-moscow2009.ru.

The Final part of the Youth Program will be the Youth Statement presented at the closing ceremony IUGB-2009. 

Taking part in the business and entertainment congress program young people from all over the world will be able to communicate, share their experience and progress, learn the advantages and peculiarities of the profession, exchange contacts and establish friendly relations.
