Congress reports and publications precept IUGB-2009
The reports will be published in the Congress reports IUGB-2009 collection
Deadline for rendering complete reports for publications is 15.06.09
The publication is not guaranteed in case of rendering the texts after the assigned date.
The authors will be informed by E-mail, that their reports are received.
We kindly ask the authors to follow the following special demands preparing these papers:
It is necessary to indicate the author’s name, the Congress session, the theme of the report.
• To attach a separate file with information about each author:
Organization, position, address of the organization with postcode, E-mail, phone number and fax. Authors’ data is necessary for the publication, as it will be placed in the authors’ reference book for the feedback between the authors of the articles and the readers interested in them.
• The reports should not exceed 5 pages, including tables and diagrams.
• Please, make the electronic version of your report as a Microsoft Word
document and send the final file attached to the
E-mail: report@iugb-moscow2009.ru
• The file should be headlined by the author’s surname
(for example: ivanov.doc)

2. Text files
The page format of the report should be À4 (210 x 297ìì)
Paragraphs should be 25 mm from the upper border and 20 mm from the lower border and from the both sides. Authors should not add their own macros. Authors are requested to present only final version of their reports (without secret text), in order to avoid the using of the previous text versions by mistake.
3. Report Format
High on the document theses should be indicated (thick type, capital letters). The list of the authors should be placed on the next line (initials after surname). The name of the author responsible for contacts with secretariat should be underlined.
The name of the organization (full name without abbreviators), city and country are indicated after comma. If the authors are from different organizations, each author and organization should be indicated on the separate line. It is prohibited to indicate more then one organization for one author.
The type of the main text is Times of the 12 pt size without paragraphs and with a single interval. The text should be ranged by wideness. In the main headline all the letters should be capital, the type is thick Times of the 12 pt size.
4. Contents
The articles should be well structured. It means that they should include:
(1) Headline, authors’ names, organization, city, country.
(2) Main text: if it is necessary, it should be divided into:
(I) Introduction, description of the presuppositions and work purposes
(II) Methods: short description of the methods/methodic used (principles of these methods should not be described, if the readers can easily find the references and texts).
(III) Results and discussion: clear explanation of experimentally received results putting in the forefront all the directions or points of view.
(3) Conclusions: short explanation of the importance and results of the work.
(4) References to the literature used: should be made to available sources. Please, confirm that all the reference materials were included in the list of references.
5. Pictures and tables
Illustrations should be rendered separately from the text file.
6. Terminology and units
Please, note that all the terminology was clear. Abbreviations and acronyms should be explained at their first mentioning in the text.
7. Commercial information
Commercial information can be used in the reports, only if innovation processes or production are described, worked out by a commercial company or for it. In any case, references to the companies should content only general information.
If reports don’t correspond to this demand, the organization committee is entitled not to publish it.
8. References to the literature used: quotation in the text
Reference list should be given at the end of the report in accordance to their order in the text. References as figures should be concluded in square brackets [1].
9. Authors' duties
If the article isn’t prepared in accordance with this precept, it won’t be published. Preliminary reading of the text by two persons at least can help to avoid mistakes. The articles earlier published or presented for publication in other editions are not admitted.
